Refund Policy

Refund dates: 

April 2-June 23: You may withdraw or modify your registration without any processing fees. 

After June 23: Refunds (minus processing fees) are made if your written refund request, receipt, and name badge are received in the Education Week Office by:

  • August 7 for Campus Housing ($20 processing fee) 
  • August 13 for Program Registration ($8 processing fee)

Refund requests received after the above-listed dates will not be granted. No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation or removal from the conference due to failure to comply with program policies.

Education Week registration is not transferable. Please cancel through our office if you are unable to attend.

Refunds are issued as a credit to your bank card that was used to make the purchase when registering.
