The required Host Training Meeting is on Saturday, August 15, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. in 3220–3224 Wilkinson Student Center (WSC) on the BYU campus. At the training session, you will receive a specific assignment, name badge, hosting materials, and meet others who will work with you on your shift.

I understand that Brigham Young University does not provide medical coverage for injuries or conditions sustained in connection with or arising out of volunteer activities or services. To the extent that medical costs are not met by the volunteer’s primary insurance, these costs shall be borne by the individual and not by the university.
